Vintage Modern Design Build can design and build your dream home in Austin TX or its surrounding suburbs. We specialize in mid century modern designed homes because of our love for the style. We have an extensive background in high end home remodeling as well as custom home building. This design garnered us first place, Best of Show, and the Designers Choice Award with the TIBD.  We have the dream team of sub contractors.  Our in house team does majority of the finish work on our projects, as well as every aspect of our kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.  We also build homes that are state of the art with efficiency standards. We are currently building this home, which is a 3,000 square foot single level mid century modern home on a 7 acre hill top, pictured below.  There is a short video showing the panoramic views of  the site prep as well as a foundation video.  These are floating forms.  This home is going to be built with ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms), making for one of the most durable structures available today. This home will also have a faraday cage to protect its occupants from microwave frequency transmission.
