Load Bearing Wall Removal

 

We specialize in load bearing wall removal.  A large percentage of the kitchen or bathroom remodels that we perform require structural changes or load bearing wall removal.  We have structural engineers that we work with closely to make sure that the structural modifications comply with the direction of our structural engineers. Upon completion of the structural modifications, our work is inspected by our engineer.  The homeowner receives a  stamped document from the engineer for their records.  Many of these structural modifications or the removal of load bearing walls also requires relocating plumbing,HVAC,  and electrical.  We make sure to perform all of the necessary work peripheral to the structural modifications and all of the necessary finish work.  Drywall textures are matched perfectly and trim is matched and painted so as to make it look like the structural modification was always that way.
