We were hired to do a backsplash for a production kitchen remodeling contractor in Austin , Texas. The new homeowners chose black gloss 6” x 6” porcelain tile from Daltile. This is a pretty basic builder grade selection. More and more kitchens being remodeled are moving away from these 4 x 4 square tiles. I can not remember the last tile we have installed this type of material in an Austin tx kitchen.
