Striped Marble Shower in West Lake HIlls / Austin Tx
This is one of my favorite shower designs and bathroom remodeling projects of this year. We have worked closely with this homeowner on the design of this marble shower in West Lake HIlls / Austin Tx. We are using 8 3/4″ Crema Marfil Marble rows with alternating 2″ rows of Thassos Marble. We used 5/8″ honed crema Marfil Mosaics on the ceiling and floor. This picture is of the unfinished shower prior to grouting. We added 2 other recessed lights in the shower and a rain head. We ran 3/4″ pipe to the valve to ensure the proper water pressure. We did 2 other bathroom remodeling projects in this home in Carrara Marble. I will add those pictures in another post.
